I have never actually been this hot, all three of my bedroom windows are wide open and i’m still sweating. I have taken my temperature and it’s below average, something’s wrong somewhere.
Anyway, today i recieved the confirmation for my French GCSE couse wich starts on the 7th of September 09. I have decided to take only french, rather than french and spanish because i only have a year to learn it instead of two and What with My 3 A-levels and hopefull English Lit AS level that i will also be taking next year I just wont have the time to concentrate on another GCSE.
I wish i was better with making decisions because i am now no longer sure if the modern languages degree is for me and it’s alot of money for me to just throw away on a course i’m not even sure i want to take. So i dont think i will actually bother applying this year and leave it for another year until i’m sure what i want to do. However i dont think i can cope living in london for another 2 years. Its going to be hard, but i was thinking earlier today; what if i can get a part time job for next year, save up some money, get my A-levels, Learn french, then in what would be my first year of university go and visit some cities. The main ones i really want to experience are PARIS, Rome & Vienna. Ok i probably wont have Enough money to see all of them in a year but i’m going to try Becuase this is something i really want to do.
Ok after having lost my first job after one official shift. I’m guessing it isn’t going to be easy to find a new one just like that, so tonight i think i will work on my CV and print out loads when i get the chance. Then next week some time i’ll just go out on my own and hand them all out and hope for the best. Even one shift in the harvester would be brilliant for me, any harvester(within reason) then i could be relocated to chingford or something, plus this would really help me when i travel because if i can speak the language and i have waitressing experience i have a much bigger chance of getting a job in another country :).
